DawnMarie's Hot Pecan Dip

Here's something to sweeten your holiday celebrations. Enjoy!

Pecans

1/2 cup chopped pecans

2 tbsp of melted butter

½ tsp salt

DIP

1 8oz pkg of cream cheese softened               1 small onion, grate and chop

2 tbsp milk                                                             ¼ tsp black pepper

2 ½ oz dried beef,  cut up                                      ½ tsp garlic powder

¼ cup chopped green pepper                              ½ cup sour cream

Directions

1. Thoroughly mix all ingredients, except sour cream.
2. Now, fold in the sour cream and pour into a baking dish.
3. Sprinkle with the pecan nut mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins.
4. Serve hot with your favorite cracker or bread.

*Double the recipe for a larger party.
